SCREEN PREPPING!

Over the past few weeks I have been enjoying making some new work. I have been revisiting some ideas in my sketchbook and having a really good time, painting, mark making, drawing and looking for inspiration.

When creating artwork for screen printing you need to be working in black and white, you can then create negatives for the photographic process. When I am working i use a variety of materials, ink, sugar paper, acrylic paint and Gouache. I use the photocopier to enlarge and reduce drawings and then layer them up to mimic the screen print process.
